摘要
借助于互联网与新媒体的广泛应用,高校图书馆对读者服务工作进行了积极的探索实践,服务方式由传统向线上转变,图书馆面临前所未有的机遇与挑战,如何进一步提升读者的服务体验,成为亟待高校图书馆认真思考的问题。本文以西安医学院图书馆线上服务具体实践为例,客观评价线上服务效果,思考线上服务中存在的问题以及改进思路,以期进一步优化线上服务、改善读者服务体验。
With the wide application of Internet and new media,University Library has actively explored and practiced the service for readers.The service mode has changed from traditional to online,and the library is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.How to further improve the service experience of readers has become an urgent problem for university libraries to seriously consider.Taking the specific practice of online service in Xi'an Medical University Library as an example,this paper objectively evaluates the online service effect,considers the problems existing in the online service and the improvement ideas,so as to further optimize the online service and improve the reader service experience.
