摘要
自新冠疫情爆发以来,我国餐饮业经历了最为艰难的4个月。随着疫情逐步得到控制,餐饮行业迎来了一系列新的挑战。“后新冠”时代,餐饮业应当加大产业创新,培育餐饮企业规模化发展,重视餐饮企业供应链的发展,坚持做顾客“放心的产品”,建立避险机制,以应对餐饮业的困局并迎来新的机遇。
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,China’s catering industry has experienced the most difficult four-month period.With the epidemic gradually in control,the catering industry has faced a series of new challenges.In the post-COVID-19 era,the catering industry should increase industrial innovation,cultivate large-scale development of catering enterprises,attach importance to the development of catering enterprises’supply chain and adhere to the principle of making the“assured products”for customers and establish risk aversion mechanism,so as to deal with the dilemma of the restaurant industry and usher in new opportunities.
