高校辅导员学术话语权提升与学术话语体系构建

摘要 争夺话语权是新时代的一个重要特征。近年来,辅导员学术话语权的缺失已引起高度关注。辅导员的身份定位、知识形态和工作特点等因素制约了其在学术领域的发展,致使该群体的学术话语权偏弱。辅导员专业化发展给其学术话语权的构建带来了机遇和挑战,为其职业发展指明了方向,并使其有了职业归属感。 Fighting for the discourse power is an important feature of the new era.In recent years,the lack of counselors’academic discourse power has aroused great concern.Such factors as status identification,forms of knowledge and features of their work limit their development in the academic field,which leads to weakness in their academic discourse power.The counselors’professional development brings about both opportunities and challenges to the construction of their academic discourse power,points out the direction for their career development and gives them a sense of professional belonging.
