高职财经专业毕业生职业兴趣与就业岗位匹配现状研究

摘要 根据霍兰德职业兴趣理论,就业岗位特征可被划分为六大类别。对459份财经类专业毕业生相关数据的描述性统计、交叉分析及方差分析,刻画出了毕业生职业兴趣的分布和初次就业岗位、现今就业岗位、未来期望就业岗位的特征分布,以及毕业生职业兴趣与就业岗位的匹配情况。该研究结论为高职院校开展柔性化人才培养模式改革、推动高职教育高质量发展提供了数据支撑和重要参考。 According to Holland's theory on professional interest,the characteristics of jobs can be divided into six categories.Based on the descriptive statistics,cross analysis,and variance analysis on the data from 459 graduates majoring in finance and economics,the distribution of graduates'professional interest and the characteristic distribution of their first jobs,present jobs and future expected jobs are fully depicted.The matching between their professional interest and employment positions is also clearly demonstrated.The research conclusion provides supporting data and important reference materials for higher vocational colleges to implement the reform of flexible talent training mode and facilitate high-quality development of higher vocational education.
