随着国内城市化建设进程的不断加快,市政基础设施建设水平也在稳步提高。在市政工程建设过程中,责任人既要统筹规划,保证工程质量,又要做好成本控制。基于此,本文概述了市政工程成本的基本内容,分析了市政工程成本控制与管理工作存在的问题,提出了加强市政工程成本控制与管理工作的有效策略。

With the accelerating process of domestic urbanization,the level of municipal infrastructure construction is also steadily improving.In the process of municipal engineering construction,the responsible person should not only make overall planning,ensure the quality of the project,but also do a good job in cost control.Based on this,this paper discusses the overview of municipal engineering cost,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control and management of municipal engineering,researched the effective strategy to strengthen the cost control and management of municipal engineering.
