摘要
近年来社会经济和科技的快速进步,为铁路工程提供了更好的发展平台,有力的推动了铁路隧道工程的建设质量和效果,为社会的进步和发展提供了更好的经济支持。基于此,本文将山区铁路隧道建设安全管控问题作为立足点,首先对安全风险管控的作用进行了论述,其次梳理出安全管控工作所具有的缺陷,最后提出了提升管控效果的举措。
In recent years,the rapid progress of social economy and technology has provided a better development platform for railway projects,effectively promoted the construction quality and effects of railway tunnel projects,and provided better economic support for social progress and development.Based on this,this article takes the safety management and control of mountain railway tunnel construction as a foothold.First,it discusses the role of safety risk management.Secondly,it sorts out the defects of safety management and control,and finally proposes measures to improve the management and control effect.
