摘要
以某铝合金厢式半挂车为分析对象,采用有限元法对厢式半挂车的车架强度和厢体刚度进行分析。结果表明:在水平弯曲和扭转工况下,车架应力低于材料的屈服极限,具有较强抵抗破坏的能力。使得厢体的永久变形满足法规要求,刚度满足设计需求,保证半挂车结构的使用可靠性。
As the research object to the van semi-trailer frame,the finite element method is used to analyze the frame strength and stiffness of the van semi-trailer.The result shows that the stress of frame is lower than the yield strength of material in horizontal bending and torsion condition.The frame has a strong abili-ty to resist destruction.The permanent deformation of the van body meets the legal requirements,the stiff-ness meets design requirements,and the reliability of the semi-trailer structure is guaranteed.
