摘要
对天然鳞片石墨进行了表面化学镀镍处理,采用真空热压法制备镀镍石墨/铜复合材料,研究了石墨表面镀镍对石墨/铜复合材料热导率和抗弯强度的影响。结果表明,经过化学镀镍处理的石墨表面形貌完整、镀层均匀,镀层厚度约1.81μm;镀镍后的石墨与铜界面结合良好,石墨/铜复合材料致密度达到98%以上;当石墨体积分数为40%~70%时,采用镀镍石墨制备的石墨/铜复合材料的抗弯强度从35~81 MPa提升至57~132 MPa,热导率变化不大。
Electroless nickel plating on the surface of natural flake graphite was carried out. Nickel-plated graphite/copper composites were prepared by vacuum hot pressing. The effects of nickel plating on the thermal conductivity and bending strength of graphite/copper composites were studied. The results show that the graphite surface treated by chemical nickel plating has complete surface morphology, uniform coating and thickness of 1.81 μm. The interface between graphite and copper is good after nickel plating, and the density of graphite/copper composites is more than 98%. When the volume fraction of graphite is 40%-70%, the bending strength of graphite/copper composite made of nickel-plated graphite increases from 35-81 MPa to 57-132 MPa, and the thermal conductivity has little change.
