稀土对Ti811合金表面激光熔覆金属陶瓷复合涂层组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在Ti811表面利用同轴送粉激光熔覆技术,分别制备了未添加CeO2和添加3wt%的TC4+Ni45金属陶瓷复合耐磨涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等分析了涂层物相和组织,并对涂层进行了显微硬度分析。结果表明:涂层中析出相成分主要包括α-Ti、Ti2Ni、TiB2和Ti C,涂层中添加3wt%CeO2后,涂层中生成相的成分没有发生变化,但涂层中各个组织得到显著细化。添加3wt%CeO2涂层的显微硬度较未添加CeO2涂层的显微硬度有显著改善。 The multi-pass TC4 and Ni45 metal cermet composite coatings without CeO2 and with 3 wt% CeO2 were prepared on Ti811 surface with coaxial powder feeding laser cladding technology. The microstructure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The microhardness was measured by micro-sclerometer. The results show that, the coating with no CeO2 is made up ofα-Ti, Ti2 Ni, Ti B2 and Ti C. With the addition of 3 wt%CeO2, the composition of the phases formed does not change and the microstructure is refined remarkably. The microhardness of the coatings with 3 wt% CeO2 significantly improves than that of the coatings without CeO2.
