复合益生菌制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响 被引量:19

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加复合益生菌制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道菌群和免疫功能的影响。选取1日龄科宝500肉鸡360只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只肉鸡,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)和添加0.5%(Ⅰ组)、1.0%(Ⅱ组)和1.5%(Ⅲ组)复合益生菌制剂的饲粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:1~21日龄时,Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组肉鸡料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);22~42日龄时,Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组肉仔鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉仔鸡盲肠中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。21日龄,试验组血清IgA水平显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉鸡血清IgG水平显著高于对照组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05);42日龄时,试验组肉鸡血清IgA和IgG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合益生菌制剂可提高肉仔鸡的生长性能、增加盲肠有益菌群数量、改善免疫功能,复合益生菌添加量在1.0%时效果最好。 The paper was designed to study the effect of compound probiotics on the growth performance,intestinal microflora and immune function of broilers.360 one-day-old Cobb500 broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 30 broilers in each replicate.The broilers in control group was fed basic diets,adding 0.5%(group I),1.0%(group II)and 1.5%(group III)compound probiotics to the base diet was the test groups.The experiment was carried out for 42 d.The results showed that at the age of 1~21 d,the average daily gain of broilers in group III was significantly higher than that of control group and group I(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio of broilers in group III was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).At 22~42 d of age,the average daily weight gain of broilers in group III was significantly higher than that of control group and group I(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio of broilers in group II and group III was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The number of Escherichia coli in the cecum in the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the cecum in groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that in control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05).At 21 d of age,the serum IgA level of broilers in the test group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the serum IgG levels broilers in groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group and groupⅠ(P<0.05).At 42 d of age,the serum IgA and IgG levels of broilers in test group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicated that the addition of compound probiotics in the diet can improve the growth performance of broilers,increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the cecum,and improve the immune performance.The best addition of compound probiotics in the diet was 1.0%.
