中西药结合治疗奶牛乳房炎效果比较

Comparison of the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on cow mastitis

试验选取患有临床奶牛乳房炎的病牛,采用氢氧化钠凝乳检验法对乳汁进行检测,并结合血清白蛋白检测结果,观察比较中西药治疗奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果,筛选出合适的治疗方案和剂量。结果表明,口服50 mL二花消痈汤结合5%环丙沙星治疗效果最好,可用于临床治疗。

In the study,the cows with clinical mastitis were selected,and the milk was detected by sodium hydroxide clotting test.Combined with the detection results of serum albumin,the therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine on cow mastitis was observed and compared,and the appropriate treatment scheme and dosage were selected.The results showed that oral administration of 50 mL Erhuasong carbuncle soup combined with 5%ciprofloxacin was the best,which could be used in clinical treatment.
