摘要
试验对7日龄、14日龄腹泻羔羊粪便进行选择性增菌,用PCR扩增方法进行初步筛选,多重PCR方法进行毒力基因(stx1、stx2、eae、hlyA)检测。结果表明:腹泻羔羊粪便大肠菌株阳性率88.90%,stx1、stx2、hlyA相关编码毒力基因12株。其中编码毒力基因stx2和stx2+hlyA各3株,编码毒力基因stx1、stx1+stx2、stx1+hlyA各2株。此外,7日龄腹泻羔羊大肠菌株编码毒力基因stx1、stx2和stx1+hlyA各1株,14日龄腹泻羔羊大肠菌株编码毒力基因stx2+hlyA阳性率13.04%,其次stx2、stx1+stx2编码毒力基因阳性率为8.70%。
The fecal samples collected from 7-day-old and 14-day-old diarrhea lambs were selectively proliferated,and preliminary screening was conducted by PCR amplification method.Virulence genes(stx1,stx 2,eae,hlyA)were detected by multiple PCR method.The results showed that the positive rate of coliform strains in feces of diarrhea lambs was 88.90%,and there were 12 strains of virulence genes related to stx1,stx2 and hlyA.Among them,3 strains were stx2 and stx2+hlyA encoding virulence genes,and 2 strains were stx1,stx1+stx2 and stx1+hlyA encoding virulence genes.Diarrhea in seven age lamb coliform strains stx1 virulence genes encoding,stx2 and stx1+hlyA 17 strains,1 strain of each age of 14,diarrhea lamb coliform strains virulence genes encoding stx2+hlyA positive rate was 13.04%,the second stx2,stx1+stx2 virulence genes encoding positive rate was 8.70%.
