摘要
在“双一流”建设的大背景下,实验技术人员队伍改革是高校教师队伍建设的必然趋势,也是加强高校内涵式发展的战略举措。文章分析了高校实验技术人员队伍存在的问题,并从职业认同、政策引导和优化配置三个层面,对建设新时代高校实验技术人员队伍提出一些思考与建议。
Under the background of"double-first-class"construction,the reform of experiment technician team is an inexorable trend of teachers’construction in colleges and universities,and it is also a strategic measure to strengthen the connotative development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzed the problems exsiting in the experiment technician team of colleges and universities,and put forward some countermeasures to build the experiment technician team of colleges and universities from the perspectives of professional identity,policy guidance and optimal allocation in the new era.
