化学工程专业工程伦理课程教学模式探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 开设工程伦理课对于培养高层次应用型人才具有重要意义。针对该课程教学案例滞后、教学方式落后和师资力量薄弱三个关键性问题,浙江工业大学化学工程学院在工程硕士研究生培养过程中,将具备丰富实践背景的同类专业教师组成授课团队,利用各自的专业基础知识优势开展案例教学,并引入混合式教学模式,强化学生对工程伦理概念的理解,使学生掌握并能够运用基本理论,培养学生关注工程实践过程中的伦理问题并认识到这些问题的现实和长远意义。 The establishment of engineering ethics course in chemical engineering specialty is of great significance to the cultivation of high-level applied talents.At present,there are three key problems in engineering ethics teaching:the lagging of teaching cases,the lagging of teaching methods and the weakness of teaching staff.Therefore,teaching model is reformed,the teaching team consists of similar professional teachers with rich engineering practice background,the actual cases are analyzed as the teaching background,blended teaching model is introduced.With this teaching method,the students’understanding on engineering ethics concepts is strengthened,and the basic theories are grasped and applied consciously.Finally,students will be cultivated to focus on ethical issues in the engineering practice,and realize the reality and long-term significance for such problem.
