自媒体时代网络为大学生的个体表达提供了更加便捷的媒介和途径的同时,也给高校大学生思想政治教育的话语权威、影响范围和育人实效带来了明显的挑战和压力。因此,高校应以政治性为根本,建立网络思想政治教育的话语基本体系;以协同性为抓手,扩大网络思想政治教育的话语代言主体;以时代性为参照,丰富网络思想政治教育的话语输出内容;以创新性为依托,优化网络思想政治教育的话语传播平台,发挥高校网络思想政治教育的作用与功能,提升大学生网络思想政治教育的话语权。

In the era of We Media,more media and ways are available for college students to give individual expression on Internet which also brings obvious challenges and pressures to ideological and political education in colleges and universities on discourse authority,influence scope,and effectivity.Thus,it is necessary to build a basic discourse system of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the basis of ensuring the political nature,increase the discourse subjects serving online ideological and political education in colleges and universities with multilateral cooperation,enrich the output of online ideological and political education with times,innovatively optimize and play its role of the platforms for online ideological and political education,so as to improve college students’discourse power on the Internet by ideological and political education.
