摘要
目的应用超声造影检查脑梗死病变中的颈动脉斑块新生血管,探讨与斑块性质间的关系。方法选取滕州市中心人民医院2016年7月至2019年9月间收治的36例脑梗死病变合并颈部粥样斑块患者为脑梗死组,选取同期收治的非脑梗死病变患者30例作为对照组,应用超声造影检查分析斑块性质。结果脑梗死组不同斑块间造影参数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),软斑中P、ACU显著较硬斑、混合斑高(P<0.05),Tp、MTT较硬斑、混合斑低(P<0.05);脑梗死组中软斑P、AUC高于对照组,Tp、MTT低于对照组(P<0.05);硬斑P、Tp与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而AUC、MTT高于对照组(P<0.05),混合斑P、AUC高于对照组,Tp、MTT低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声造影可有效分析斑块中新生血管性质,同时对斑块评估全面,为该疾病诊疗提供参考。
Objective Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination carotid artery plaque in cerebral infarction lesions new blood vessels, and the relationship between the nature of plaque.Methods From July 2016 to September 2019, 36 patients with cerebral infarction combined with atherosclerotic plaques in the neck(cerebral infarction group) were selected, and 30 patients with non-cerebral infarction treated at the same time were selected as the control group.Results The contrast parameters between different plaques in the cerebral infarction group were statistically significant(P<0.05), P and ACU were significantly higher in soft plaques than in hard plaques and mixed plaques(P<0.05), and Tp and MTT were significantly lower than in hard plaques and mixed plaques(P<0.05). P and AUC in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group, while Tp and MTT were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between hard spot P and Tp and control group(P>0.05), while AUC and MTT were higher than control group(P<0.05), mixed spot P and AUC were higher than control group, and Tp and MTT were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can effectively analyze the properties of neovascularization in plaques and evaluate the plaque comprehensively, providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
