Analysis on sleep quality of elderly with mild cognitive impairment in Pudong new area of Shanghai

摘要 目的了解上海市浦东新区患有轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)老年人的睡眠质量,分析其与认知功能的关系。方法采用PPS(Probability proportional to size)抽样法,对101例老年MCI患者(MCI组)和109例认知健康老年人(对照组)使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Index,PSQI)评估睡眠情况,采用简易智力状态检查(Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评定量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评价认知功能。结果 MCI组睡眠障碍者显著低于对照组(15.8%VS29.4%,P<0.05), MCI组与对照组PSQI总分、催眠药的使用情况因子、日间功能障碍因子比较差异显著(F=2.757,P=0.006;F=2.835,P=0.005),MMSE和MoCA评分与PSQI总分无相关性(r=0.078,P=0.468;r=-0.057,P=0.208)。结论 MCI患者睡眠障碍发生率不高,其认知功能减退与睡眠质量下降无显著相关性。 Objective To understand the sleep quality of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in Pudong new area of Shanghai, and to analyze the possible relationship between sleep and cognitive function.Methods Using PPS(Probability to size) sampling method, 101 elderly MCI patients(MCI group) and 109 cognitively healthy elderly(control group) were evaluated with the Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI). Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) were used to detect Cognitive function.Results The sleep disorder in the MCI group were obviously lower than in the control group(15.8%VS 29.4%,P<0.05). The differences in the total PSQI score between the MCI group and the control group, the use factor of hypnotics, and the factor of daytime dysfunction were statistically significant(F=2.757, P=0.006;F=2.835, P=0.005), MMSE score and MoCA score had no correlation with PSQI total score(r=0.078, P=0.468;R=0.057, P=0.208).Conclusion The incidence of sleep disorder in MCI patients is not high, and there is no significant correlation between the cognitive decline and the decline of sleep quality.
