我国无障碍环境经过多年的发展取得了巨大成效,但是仍存在着发展理念滞后、科技含量不高、监管不到位等问题。新基建具有信息化、数字化、网络化、智能化等优势特点,已成为我国引领经济新常态、实现城乡高质量发展的中长期战略部署。新基建助力无障碍环境建设高质量发展具有很好的历史机遇和研究基础,通过研究新基建融合无障碍环境发展的契合点、发展面,明确了新基建赋能无障碍环境建设的机制,探讨了无障碍环境建设转型升级的路径与方法,可为推动我国无障碍环境现代化建设工作提供参考。

After years of development,accessibility environment in China has made great achievements,but there are still some problems,such as backward development concept,low technology content and inadequate supervision.The new infrastructure has the advantages of informatization,digitization,networking and intelligence.It has become a medium and long-term strategic deployment to lead the new normal of economy and realize the high-quality development of urban and rural areas.The new infrastructure has a good historical opportunity and research foundation to promote the high-quality development of accessibility environment construction.By studying the meeting point and development surface of the integration of new infrastructure and barrier free environment development,the mechanism of new infrastructure enabling accessibility environment construction is clarified,and the path and method of transformation and upgrading of accessibility environment construction are discussed.The research conclusion can provide reference for accessibility environment construction high quality development in China.
