农村产业融合对欠发达地区农户收入的影响——基于西藏532户青稞种植户的调查

Impact of rural industry convergence on rural household income in underdeveloped regions of Tibet

产业兴旺、生活富裕是乡村振兴的重要内容。基于532份微观调查数据,分析农户参与农村产业融合情况,运用多元有序Probit模型从产业融合参与、产业组织利益联结和产业融合服务3个环节探讨农村产业融合对欠发达地区农户收入的影响。结果表明,产业融合参与、产业组织利益联结、产业融合服务显著正向影响农户收入水平。具体而言,农产品加工品销售、与经营组织协作、互联网作用、政府职能效用4个变量对农户增收影响显著,也表明农业产业链纵向延伸和农村产业发展配套服务对提高农户收入水平影响显著。因此,应延伸农业产业链,促进农产品加工业发展,壮大农业经营组织,健全利益联结机制,完善公共服务机制,提高农村产业融合发展水平,促进农民持续增收。

Thriving businesses and prosperity in life is the important part of rural revitalization.Based on 532 microscopic survey data,we analyzed the impact of rural industry convergence on household income by Multivariate Ordered Probit model,from the perspectives of industrial convergence participation,benefit of industrial organization and industrial convergence service.The results show that,industrial convergence participation,benefit of industrial organization and industrial convergence service have significant positive influences on household income.More precisely,sales of processed agricultural products,cooperation with management organizations,the role of the internet in rural industry convergence and the efficiency of government have significant impacts on farmers’income increase.It also shows that the vertical extension of the agricultural industrial chain and the supporting services of rural industry development have significant impacts on raising the income level of rural households.Therefore,it is necessary to extend the agricultural industry chain,promote the development of agricultural processing industry,strengthen agricultural management organizations,improve the mechanism of interest linkage,enhance the public service and social management functions,and improve the level of integrated development of rural industries.
