摘要
为了快速降解秸秆,本试验从土壤中筛选出一株产纤维素酶的酵母菌,编号为J-3。通过形态学特征、生理生化特征及26S rDNA序列分析鉴定菌株J-3为胶红酵母菌(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)。经发酵条件优化产纤维素酶可以达到39.35U/mL,符合《农用微生物菌剂》GB20287-2006国家标准。为秸秆腐熟剂菌种群构建提供理论基础。
In order to rapidly degrade straw,a cellulase-producing yeast strain J-3 was isolated from soil.Strain J-3 was identified as Rhodotorula mucilaginosa by morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 26 S rDNA sequence analysis.The production of cellulase reached 39.35 U/mL by optimization of fermentation conditions,which was in accordance with the national standard GB20287-2006.It provides the theoretical basis for the construction of the bacterial population of the straw decay agent.
