中国本土游客情感体验量表开发与检验

Scale development and validation of domestic tourists'emotional experiences

情感是旅游体验研究的重要内容之一,国外在情感体验测度方面开展了较多的研究,开发了适合国外游客的情感量表。国内在开展相关研究时会采用国外的相关量表,但是由于文化差异等诸多原因,这些量表在测量国内游客情感时的适用性需要进一步的验证,并开发适合我国本土游客情感测度的量表。本研究在对国内外文献回顾的基础上,严格遵循量表开发的程序,运用质性访谈与因子分析等研究方法,重点探究了中国本土游客在城市旅游的情感体验的描述特征及其结构维度,并通过对同一中国本土游客样本的实证研究,对比了中西方情感体验量表的特点与预测潜能,开发并检验了中国本土游客情感体验量表。研究发现:中国本土游客情感体验量表整体结构良好,信度效度通过检验;共包含4维19测项,分别是惊奇、愉悦、幸福与消极情感;实证检验显示,相比国外同类型量表,本土量表显示出更好的预测潜能,更加符合中国本土情境,测度的准确度高。

Tourists'emotional experience is essential to the quality of tourism experience.However,the current research on the measurement of tourists'emotional experience is insufficient.Strictly following the procedure of scale development,by using research methods such as literature review,qualitative interviews and factor analysis,we explored the descriptive characteristics and structural dimensions of the emotional experience of domestic tourists in urban tourism.In addition,through empirical research on the same sample of Chinese tourists,the characteristics and predictive potential of the Chinese and Western scales were compared.The research conclusions are as follows:the overall structure of the local scale is good,and its reliability and validity have passed the test.The scale contains 19 items in 4 dimensions,namely surprise,pleasure,happiness and negative emotions.Compared with foreign studies,the local scale shows better predictive potential and has a more comprehensive interpretation of the emotional experience characteristics of domestic tourists.
