摘要 为了解决信息化集成中的BOM映射问题,对映射过程与解决策略中的关键问题进行了研究。在分析BOM数据流演进的基础上,采用基于工艺过程的映射问题解决策略。首先,对工艺过程进行统一的抽象表达,建立了工艺信息的流模型;其次,利用多色集合理论在复杂关系建模上的优势,将工艺信息模型中的各要素及其约束关系进行格式化表述并整理为映射规则,依据提取出的映射规则推导出BOM自动化映射算法;最后,通过实例来证明映射规则与BOM映射策略的有效性。基于工艺过程策略形成的制造BOM结构严格遵循装配过程,无需人工调整便可以导入制造系统中实现系统集成;多色集合表达的结构映射规则具有高度结构化且易于计算机处理的特点,易于实现。 In order to solve the BOM mapping problem in information integration, the keys in the mapping process and solution strategy were studied. On the basis of analyzing the evolution of BOM data flow, a mapping problem solving strategy based on technological process is adopted. Firstly, a unified abstract expression of the process is founded, and a flow model of the process information is established;secondly use the advantages of polychromatic sets theory in modeling complex relationships, format and express the various elements and constraints in the process information model and organize them into mapping rules, and the BOM automatic mapping algorithm is derived according to the extracted mapping rules;Finally, the effectiveness of the mapping rules and the BOM mapping strategy is proved by examples. The manufacturing BOM structure formed based on the process strategy strictly follows the assembly process, and can be imported into the manufacturing system to achieve system integration without manual adjustment;the structure mapping rules expressed by polychromatic set theory are highly structured and easy to process by the computer, which is easy to implement.
