某660 MW机组一次风机流量在线监测及其工程应用

摘要 风机风量是风机运行中监测的重要数据,风量测量装置均安装在入口或出口风道里,大部分采用测量差压方法获取风量,但测量装置测量精度低、可靠性低。结合大量现场资料和工程实践经验,通过试验手段,将一次风机不同开度下风机入口风量对现场差压装置进行标定,计算得到流量系数,并以某660 MW机组一次风机为例进行了试验验证。标定后流量测量装置能够实时在线监视风机运行工况功能,为后续锅炉运行调整和一次风机技术改造及运行监测奠定基础。 The air volume of the fan is an important data to monitor during the operation of the fan.The air volume measuring devices are installed in the inlet or outlet air duct.Most of them adopt the method of measuring differential pressure to obtain the air volume.Combined with a large amount of field data and engineering practice experience,the inlet air volume of the primary fan with different opening degrees was calibrated to the field differential pressure device by means of test,and the flow coefficient was calculated.The calibrated flow measuring device can monitor the operation condition of the fan online in real time,which lays a foundation for the subsequent boiler operation adjustment,technical transformation of the primary fan and operation monitoring.
