疫情常态化背景下师范生心理资本的实证研究——基于1020名师范生的调查数据 被引量:2

摘要 为了解新冠肺炎疫情常态化背景下师范生的心理资本状况及其影响因素,本研究采用张阔的《积极心理资本问卷》和自编的调查问卷,对甘肃省陇南师专的1020名大一至大二的师范生进行了调查。结果显示:师范生心理资本整体处于中等偏上水平,并受性别、班级成绩排名、家庭教养方式、专业满意度、人际关系状况、关注疫情的时长和每天运动时长等因素的显著影响。因此,在疫情常态化背景下,教育者应重视影响师范生心理资本的各因素,并从积极取向入手,提升其心理资本水平和幸福感,以期更好地应对未来的机遇与挑战。 In order to understand the psychological capital status and its influencing factors of normal students under the background of epidemic normalization,this study used Zhang Kuo's Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and self-made questionnaire to investigate 1020 normal students from freshmen to sophomores in Longnan Teachers College.The results show that the psychological capital of normal students are on the middle and upper level as a whole,which is significantly affected by gender,grade ranking,parenting pattern,professional satisfaction,interpersonal status,duration of attention to epidemic situation and exercise time per day.Therefore,educators should pay attention to the factors that affect the psychological capital of normal students in the background of epidemic normalization,and start from the positive orientation to improve their psychological capital level and well-being,so as to better cope with the opportunities and challenges in the future.
