基于专业认证的高校历史师范生教学技能的培养策略

摘要 专业认证是新时代高校师范类专业建设与基础教育改革发展的需要,以产出为导向加强高校历史师范生教学技能的培养策略:突出课程思政,加强历史师范生师德养成教育;关注历史学科核心素养,培养历史师范生的家国情怀;重视教学设计;提高历史师范生的基础技能与职业素养;深化多媒体技术的运用;注重教育实习,将教学技能淬炼为从业技能。对于提高高校历史师范生教学能力和培养质量,涵养教师素养具有重要意义。 Professional certification is of necessity for the construction of normal majors,and the reform and development of basic education in colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the output orientation,this paper puts forward some strategies to strengthen the cultivation of normal history majors'teaching skills,such as highlighting ideology-oriented curriculum so as to reinforce the cultivation of normal students who major in history in terms of the teachers'code of morality;paying attention to the core quality of the subject of history so as to build students'loves for their homes and the country;attaching importance to the teaching design;improving the basic skills and professional ethics of normal students majoring in history;deepening the application of multimedia technology;and valuing educational practices which help to realize the refinement of teaching skills.Those strategies are of great significance to the improvement of the teaching ability and training quality of normal students majoring in history in colleges and universities,and to the cultivation of teachers'quality.
