摘要
课堂沉默阻碍“积极互动”的大学英语“金课”建设。调查显示,在民族院校《大学英语》课堂上,无论年级、性别、民族、分层班级(A级除外),学生普遍沉默;原因在于学生缺乏学习英语的动机、容易焦虑、英语口语水平差、自我效能感低、教学模式陈旧等。文章提出缓解民族院校《大学英语》课堂沉默现象的对策:构建积极互动的大学英语“N+2”课堂;修订教学大纲,改革教学方式方法;加强实践教学,搭建让学生主动“说”英语的多种“平台”。
Classroom silence hinders the construction of"golden class"of College English.The survey shows that students are generally silent in the class of College English in Universities for nationalities,regardless of grade,gender,nationality and hierarchical class(except A-level).The reasons lie in the lack of motivation,anxiety,poor oral English level,low self-efficacy and outdated teaching mode.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the silence phenomenon in College English class in ethnic Universities:constructing a active and interactive College English"N+2"class;revising the syllabus and reforming teaching methods;strengthening practical teaching and building a variety of"platforms"for students to speak English actively.
