从哲学层面刍议苏联解体的缘由及教训

On the Reasons and Lessons of the Collapse of the Soviet Union from the Philosophical Perspective

二十六年前的苏联解体对世界各国形成巨大震撼,关于苏联解体的缘由及其教训,各国学者已陆续展开广泛的研究和深入的讨论。然而在此领域,目前还未达成定论或共识,这与问题的复杂性有直接关系。由于研究方法不断更新、讨论角度层出不穷,人们对苏联解体的讨论研究远未结束,而且迄今尚缺乏从哲学层面对此问题的探究。文章以哲学视角刍议苏联解体的缘由:在宏观层面,运用变化发展观批判其僵化的模式违背诸法无常的世界规律;在微观层面,结合修己安人论,分析对治苏联上层贪腐谋私的不良风气。

Twenty-six years ago,the collapse of the Soviet Union shook the world.As for the reasons of the collapse of the Soviet Union and its lessons,scholars of various countries have carried out extensive research and in-depth discussion.However,there is no final conclusion or consensus on this issue,which is directly related to the complexity of the problem.Due to the constant updating of research methods and the endless discussion angles,the discussion and research on this issue are far from over.And so far,there is a great lack of philosophical exploration of this problem.This paper discusses the reasons of the collapse of the Soviet Union from a philosophical perspective.On the macro level,the change development view is used to criticize its rigid mode which violates the impermanent laws of the world.On the micro level,combining with the theory of self-cultivation,this paper analyzes the unhealthy atmosphere of governing the upper class of the Soviet Union with corruption and seeking personal gain.Such a study of the collapse of the Soviet Union may be more scientific,objective and comprehensive,which can not only improve the completeness of the research results,but also produce some theoretical and practical significance for expanding the path of China and realizing the Chinese dream.
