动机访谈联合正念减压训练对原发性乳腺癌合并高血压患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of motivational interview and mindfulness decompres-sion training on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with primary breast cancer complicated with hypertension

目的探讨动机访谈联合正念减压训练对原发性乳腺癌合并高血压患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响.方法将120例原发性乳腺癌合并高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,各60例.两组均给予常规护理干预,联合组在此基础上给予动机访谈联合正念减压训练.干预前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表和汉密顿抑郁量表评定两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,采用卡氏评分评定两组患者的生活质量,比较干预前后两组患者的血压水平,采用自制的满意度问卷评定两组的护理服务满意度.结果干预后两组汉密顿焦虑量表和汉密顿抑郁量表评分及血压水平均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),联合组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01),干预后两组卡氏评分健康状况及体力状况评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),联合组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01),联合组患者满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论动机访谈联合正念减压训练能有效缓解原发性乳腺癌合并高血压患者的负性情绪,控制血压水平,提高生活质量和护理满意度.

Objective To study the effect of motivational interview combined with mindfulness decompression training in patients with primary breast cancer and hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary breast cancer and hypertension were divided into the combined group and the control group,60 cases each.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,and the combined group was given motivational interviews combined with mindfulness decompression training.Before and after intervention,HAMA and HAMD were used to assess the anxiety and depression of the two groups,and KPS was used to assess the quality of Hfe of the two groups.The blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.The self-satisfaction questionnaire was used to assess the satisfaction of nursing services.Results After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores and blood pressure level were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the combined group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the KPS health status and physical status scores of the two groups were significantly increased(P<C0.01).The combined group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.01),and the satisfaction rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(F<0.05).Conclusions Motivation interviews combined with mindfulness decompression training in patients with primary breast cancer and hypertension can effectively control blood pressure,improve quality of life,and improve the satisfaction with care.
