甲巯咪唑联合夏枯草治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢临床研究

Clinical study of methimazole combined with prunella vulgaris in the treatment of diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism

目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合夏枯草胶囊治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者的临床疗效.方法将66例弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各33例.两组均给予甲巯咪唑治疗,研究组联合夏枯草胶囊治疗,观察1个月.比较两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组血清促甲状腺激素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素水平,比较两组心率水平及不良反应发生率.结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),促甲状腺激素水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组较对照组变化更显著(P<0.01).治疗后两组心率水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01).两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论甲巯咪唑联合夏枯草胶囊治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲亢患者疗效显著,能有效改善甲状腺激素水平,降低心率,安全性高.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of methimazole combined with prunella vulgaris in the treatment of diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism.Methods 66 patients with diffuse goiter and hyperthyroidism were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,33 cases each.The two groups were treated with methimazole,and the study group was treated with prunella vulgaris for 1 month.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the levels of serum TSH,FT3 and FT4 were compared before and after treatment.The heart rate levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum FT3 and FT4 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and TSH levels were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).The study group was more significant than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the heart rates of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group declined more significantly than the control group(PV0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Methimazole combined with prunella vulgaris in the treatment of diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism has remarkable curative effect,which can effectively improve the thyroid hormone level,lower the heart rate,and has high safety.
