肿瘤坏死因子与糖尿病和抑郁障碍的关系研究进展

Progress in research on relationship between tumor necrosis factor and diabetes and depression

糖尿病和抑郁障碍均为常见的慢性疾病,大量研究发现糖尿病和抑郁障碍之间可能有共同的病理生理机制,目前相关研究表明肿瘤坏死因子与上述两种疾病的发病均相关,具体的病理生理机制尚不明确.本文对肿瘤坏死因子定义分类,对肿瘤坏死因子与糖尿病和抑郁障碍的关系进行综述,旨在为临床研究提供借鉴.

Diabetes and depression are common chronic diseases,and a large number of studies have found that there may be a common chronic pathophysiological mechanism between diabetes and depression.Currently,relevant studies have shown that tumor necrosis factor(TNF)is related to the incidence of the a bove two diseases,but the specific pathophysiological mechanism is not clear at present.This paper reviews the definition and classification of TNF,and how it is associated with diabetes mellitus,depressiove disorder,in order to provide a reference for clinical research.
