品管圈对降低抗精神病药物不良事件发生率的作用

Effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of ad­verse events of antipsychotic drugs

目的探讨品管圈活动对抗精神病药物不良事件发生率的作用.方法成立品管圈小组,对30例精神分裂症患者进行干预,统计抗精神病药物不良事件在各种操作流程中的发生率,制定相应对策,统计干预后进步率及目标达成率.结果通过品管圈活动,本组精神分裂症患者的抗精神病药物不良事件发生率由3.77%下降至1.88%,进步率50.13%,目标达成率95.25%.结论品管圈有效降低抗精神病药物不良事件发生率,提升了医务人员分析问题、解决问题的能力.

Objective To explore the role of quality control circle activities in combating the incidence of adverse events in psychotic drugs.Methods A quality control circle group was established to intervene in 30 patients with schizophrenia.The incidence of antipsychotic adverse events in various operational procedures was counted,and corresponding countermeasures were formulated to com­pare the progress rate and target achievement rate after intervention.Results Through the quality control circle activities,the incidence of antipsychotic adverse events in this group of schizophrenia patients de­creased from 3.77%to 1.88%,the progress rate was 50.13%,and the target achievement rate was 95.25%.Conclusions The quality control circle effectively reduces the incidence of adverse events of anti­psychotic drugs and enhances the ability of medical staff to analyze and solve problems.
