双歧杆菌三联活菌散对预防老年肺炎住院患者抗生素相关性腹泻的效果

Effect of bifidobacteria triple live bacteria powder on prevention of antibiotic-as­sociated diarrhea in hospitalized patients with pneumonia

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散对预防老年肺炎住院患者抗生素相关性腹泻的效果.方法将84例老年肺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为预防组与对照组,各42例,两组均应用抗生素治疗,在此基础上预防组给予口服双歧杆菌三联活菌散.比较两组抗生素相关性腹泻发生率、持续时间、每天腹泻次数,治疗前后比较两组患者粪便pH与血清白细胞介素-2水平,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果预防组抗生素相关性腹泻发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),腹泻持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),每天腹泻次数显著少于对照组(P<0.01).治疗后预防组粪便pH与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),预防组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组白细胞介素-2水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),预防组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).治疗过程中两组患者均未见严重不良反应.结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散可以有效降低老年肺炎住院患者抗生素相关性腹泻发生率,缓解腹泻症状及频率,维持肠道菌群平衡.

Objective To observe the effect of bifidobacteria triple live bacteria powder on prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in hospitalized patients with pneumonia.Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and prevention group,with 42 cases in each group.All patients were treated with antibiotics,and prevention group was additionally given bifidobacteria triple live bacteria powder.Compare the incidence,duration,and number of diarrhea per day of ADD between the two groups.The fecal pH and serum interleukin-2 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence rate of AAD in prevention group was significantly lower than,that in control group(F<0.05),and the duration of diarrhea in prevention group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea frequency per day was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stool PH value between the post-treatment prevention group and the pre-treatment prevention group(F〉0.05).The control group was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).The prevention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);the level of interleukin-2 in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder can effectively reduce the incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in hospitalized patients with pneumonia,relieve the symptoms and frequency of diarrhea,and maintain the balance of intestinal flora.
