King互动达标理论的心理护理在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者自体外周血造血干细胞移植围术期的应用

The application of mental nursing of King s interactive stand­ard theory in the perioperative period of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

目的探讨King互动达标理论的心理护理在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者自体外周血造血干细胞移植围术期的应用效果.方法将60例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.两组均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予King互动达标理论的心理护理.干预前后采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,采用简明健康状况调查量表评定两组生活质量.采用自制治疗依从量表及护理满意度调查问卷评定两组治疗依从率及护理满意度.结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01);两组简明健康状况调查量表各项评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01).观察组治疗依从率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论King互动达标理论的心理护理能疏导弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者自体外周血造血干细胞移植围术期的负性情绪,改善生活质量,提高依从性及护理满意度.

Objective To observe the effect of mental nursing of King's interactive standard theory in the perioperative period of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods 60-patients with DLBCL were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing of Kings interactive standard theory on this basis.SAS and SDS were used to assess the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after intervention.SF-36 was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups.The self-administered compliance rate scale and the nursing satisfaction questionnaire were used to assess the treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0001),and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P< 0.01).The scores of SF-36 in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P< 0.01),and the observation group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The psychological nursing of King's interactive standard theory can channel the negative emotions of DLBCL patients during the perioperative period of Auto-PBSCT,improve the quality of life,improve compliance and satisfaction of nursing.
