零缺陷护理对心脏手术患者术后恢复及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of zero defect nursing on postoperative recovery and complication rate of cardiac surgery patients

目的探讨零缺陷护理对心脏手术患者术后恢复及并发症发生率的影响.方法将960例心脏手术患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各480例.试验组给予零缺陷护理管理,对照组给予常规护理干预.比较两组患者护理满意评分、住院时间、日常生活质量评分及并发症发生情况.结果试验组护理满意评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),日常生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论零缺陷护理能够有效减少心脏手术患者的住院时间,提高日常生活质量和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To analyze the effect of zero-defect nursing on hospitalization time,satisfaction,quality of daily life and postoperative complications in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods 960 cases of cardiac surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups>480 cases each.The test group was given zero-defect nursing management,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction score,hospitalization time,daily life quality score and complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(F<0.01).The length of hospitalization was sig-nificantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of daily life quality were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Zero defect nursing intervention for patients un-dergoing cardiac surgery can effectively reduce the hospitalization time of patients,improve the quality of daily life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
