退役引发偏执性精神障碍1例

A case of paranoid mental disorder caused by retirement

偏执性精神障碍是一组病因及发病机制不明,以系统妄想为主要症状的精神病,与遗传、人格特征及社会环境等因素有关.本文报道了1例由于退役引发的偏执性精神障碍患者,提示对于此类患者应当引起重视,尽早由精神心理专业医务工作者介入进行诊治.

Paranoid mental disorder is a group of mental illnesses with unknown etiology and pathogenesis,with systemic paranoia as the main symptom,which is related to genetics,personality characteristics and social environment.This article reports a case of paranoid mental disorder caused by retirement,suggesting that such patients should be paid attention to,as soon as possible by the mental health professional medical workers involved in the diagnosis and treatment.
