摘要 为了顺利拆除郑州市复杂环境下14层框剪结构的冰熊大厦,结合现场实际环境条件,选择了单向折叠拆除爆破方案。单向折叠爆破就是在待拆楼房1~3层和7~8层各设计1个爆破切口,并设计合理的爆破参数。同时,对电梯井、剪力墙局部进行预拆除,采用数码电子雷管延时起爆等技术,确保待拆楼房的倒塌方向和坍塌解体效果。通过筑减振坝和开挖减振沟、对楼内爆破立柱进行安全防护、外围搭设安全防护屏障等措施,有效地控制了爆破振动、坍塌振动和爆破飞石等危害,取得了理想的爆破效果,可为类似爆破工程提供参考。 In order to smoothly demolish the 14 storey Bingxiong building with frame shear wall structure under the complex environment of Zhengzhou city,a one-way folding demolition blasting scheme was selected based on the actual environmental conditions of the site.Unidirectional folding demolition blasting is to design one blasting cut on the 1-3 floors and the 7-8 floors of the building to be demolished,and to design reasonable blasting parameters.At the same time,the elevator shaft and shear wall are partially predemolished,and digital electronic detonator delay initiation technology is used to ensure the collapse direction and collapse disintegration effect of the building to be demolished.Through the construction of damping dam and excavation of damping ditch,the safety protection of the blasting column in the building,and the establishment of safety protection barriers around,the hazards of blasting vibration,collapse vibration and blasting flying rock are effectively controlled,and the ideal blasting effect is achieved,which can provide reference for similar blasting projects.
