摘要
为解决石油射孔作业中起爆系统安全性问题,设计了一种分离式无起爆药点火装置并进行了发火、起爆可靠性测试及现场应用。测试结果表明:380 V交流电和600 V直流电均不会发火,能够可靠起爆导爆索及射孔弹,井下起爆实验均100%起爆。分离式无起爆药安全点火系统性能可靠,在未来石油射孔作业中有很大的应用前景。
In order to solve the safety problem of initiation system in oil perforating operation,a separated ignition device without primary explosive is designed,and the reliability test of ignition and initiation and field application are carried out.The test results show that both 380 V AC and 600 V DC will not ignite,and it can detonate detonating fuse and perforating charge reliably.The underground initiation test is 100%.The performance of the separated non-primary explosive safety ignition system is reliable,and it has a great application prospect in the future oil perforating operation.
