摘要
为了使在建地铁隧道顺利下穿通过最小净距仅有3.2 m正在运行的地铁隧道,采用短进尺、密打孔、单孔单响小药量、分区爆破和电子雷管起爆等技术;实时监测既有地铁隧道的振动和位移变形,及时调整爆破参数。结果表明:爆破振动和位移变形值控制在安全范围内,隧道安全。实践证明:采用钻爆法施工近距离穿越既有地铁隧道技术上是可行的。
In order to smoothly underpass the subway tunnel with a minimum net distance of 3.2 m,the techniques of short ruler,dense hole,single hole and single sound small charge,zone blasting and electronic detonator initiation are used to monitor the vibration and displacement deformation of the existing subway tunnel and adjust the blasting parameters in time.The results show that the blasting vibration and displacement deformation values are controlled within the safe range,and the tunnel under construction can pass safely.Practice has proved that the use of drilling and blasting method to close through the existing subway tunnel is technically feasible.
