摘要
随着信息化的到来,高职院校有的课程线上线下相结合的教学模式对学生的自主学习能力提出了更高的要求。根据学生学习动机特点有针对性采取相应的措施激发学生的学习动机,提高学习效率显得尤为重要。采用学习动机问卷和学生学习动机自测量表对影响学生学习动机的因素进行了分析,从学校层面和教师层面提出帮助学生正确归因、提高学生自我效能感和提高学生自主性等切实可行的方法和对策。
With the advent of information technology,higher vocational colleges online and combined hybrid teaching mode puts forward higher requirements for students′autonomous learning ability.According to the characteristics of students′learning motivation,it is particularly important to take corresponding measures to stimulate students′learning motivation and improve learning efficiency.This paper analyzes the factors that affect students′learning motivation by using learning motivation questionnaire and students′learning motivation self rating scale,and puts forward some feasible methods and countermeasures from the school level and teacher level,such as helping students to correctly attribute,improving students′self-efficacy and improving students′autonomy.
