摘要
为了设计一款高性能的电池管理系统,文中采用分布式结构,将电池管理系统分为主控单元与从控单元。从控单元基于STM32F103C8T6,包括电池电压和温度等信息的采集功能,并进行了电池主动均衡电路的设计。通过对电池组各项参数的采集可实时监视电池组的运行状态,均衡电路有效降低电池组内单体电池间的不一致性,提高电池组容量利用效率,保障行车安全。
The battery management system is divided into the main control unit and the slave control unit.Because the battery pack of the electric vehicle is composed of hundreds of individual batteries,it needs to use multiple chips to collect and process the voltage,temperature and other information when managing the battery.This unit is the slave control unit of the battery management system.This paper takes lithium battery as the research object,STM32F103C8T6 as MCU,and designs the voltage and current temperature information collection circuit,voltage active equalization circuit.The safety and stability of the battery are guaranteed by collecting and calculating the battery data and designing the protection circuit.
