发挥医院评审导向作用 促进医院高质量发展

Give full play to the guiding role of hospital accreditation and promote the high-quality development of hospitals

医院评审是政府实施行业监管、推动医院不断加强内涵建设、完善和落实医院管理制度、促进医院高质量发展的重要抓手。既往医院评审工作取得一定成效,但存在区域卫生规划未能在医院评审中发挥基础性作用、医院评审导向作用未能充分发挥、科学统一的医院评审制度和机制尚需进一步完善、医院评审标准需要更新完善等问题。新时期医院评审工作应坚持政府主导、社会参与,强化规划引领、分级负责,注重科学规范、公平公正,推进全面覆盖、客观常态,以强化导向作用,促进医院高质量发展。

Hospital accreditation is an important policy leverage for government supervision and continuous development of quality-driven management systems of hospitals.The previous hospital accreditation work in China has certain achievements,however,there are problems such as,regional health planning failed to play a fundamental role in hospital accreditation,the guiding role of hospital accreditation has not been fully enabled,the scientific and unified hospital accreditation system and mechanism need to be further improved,and hospital accreditation criteria need to be updated.In the new era,hospital accreditation should adhere to the government’s leadership,social participation,strengthen planning guidance,hierarchical responsibility,emphasize the scientific norms,fairness and justice,promote comprehensive coverage,objective normal,to strengthen the guiding role of hospital accreditation and motivate the high-quality development of hospitals.
