新冠肺炎疫情期间互联网医院建设对医院运营管理的影响

The influence of Internet hospital construction on hospital operation and management during COVID-19 epidemic

自新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,医院作为疾病诊治的重点单位,在疫情期间如何合理应对并开展疫情防控工作成为新的工作重点。互联网医院的在线咨询服务能够有效切断病毒传播途径,因此疫情初期多所医院启动互联网技术来改善医疗服务。以大连医科大学附属第二医院为例,阐述疫情期间公立医院建设互联网医院的意义、管理与实践措施、现存不足以及对未来的展望等,为后疫情时代医院运营管理提出建议。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan in December 2019,hospitals,as the key units of disease diagnosis and treatment,will have a new focus on how to rationally respond and carry out the prevention and control work of hospitals during the epidemic.COVID-19 is mainly transmitted by droplets,and the online consultation service of the Internet hospital can effectively cut off the transmission route.Therefore,in the early stage of the epidemic,many hospitals used Internet technology to improve medical services.Taking the second hospital of Dalian medical university as an example,this paper expounds the significance,management and application,shortcomings and future prospects of the construction of Internet hospitals in public hospitals during the epidemic,and points out that the construction of Internet hospitals can effectively prevent and control the epidemic and promote lean operation and management of hospitals.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions for hospital operation and management in the post-epidemic time.
