摘要
目的:分析医务人员职业生涯早期成长关键因素。方法:对北京同仁医院2014-2018年入职的新职工进行问卷调查,收集个人业绩数据,并进行卡方检验和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析表明影响医务人员职业生涯早期成长的因素有学位、毕业前发表科技成果情况、毕业后发表科技成果情况、留学情况、最高学历培养单位(P<0.05)。二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响因素是毕业后发表科技成果情况和出国留学情况。结论:应该开发多种途径,促进青年医务人员、医学生出国交流;关注青年医务人员早期成果和科技成果的持续产出;健全培养机制,构建青年人才职业生涯早期导师负责制。
Objective:To analyze the key factors for growing up in the medical profession in early stage career.Method:Survey by Questionnaire,Chi-square Test,Binary Logistic Analysis to the new employee of Beijing Tongren Hospital from 2014 to 2018.Results:Single-factor analysis indicated Degree,scientific achievement before and after graduate,study abroad,highest education background play a role in growing up in the early stage of career(P<0.05).Multi-factor analysis indicated scientific achievement in early stage career and study abroad play the most important role.Conclusion:Measures should be taken to expand the approach on supporting the young medical profession and medical college student studying abroad,pay more attention to early stage and continuous output of scientific achievement,contribute the tutorial system to advance medical profession’s growing up.
