摘要
针对目前核电应急柴油发电机组现有监测信息难以有效定位故障源的现状,提出一种基于键相、瞬时转速和振动等多参数融合的在线监测分析技术。对数据进行高速连续采集和处理,将时域信号转换至角域以消除转速波动的影响。基于柴油机故障特性和信息融合理论,提取各工作循环相关测点的多特征参数,确定各故障类型与相关特征的映射关系,依次融合相关参数对故障进行分析定位。结合该技术对启动超时故障进行分析,验证了该技术的有效性。
Aiming at the current situation that the existing monitoring information of nuclear emergency diesel generator is difficult to locate the fault source effectively,an online monitoring and analysis technology based on multi-parameter fusion of key phase,instantaneous speed and vibration is proposed.Collecting and processing the date at high speed continuously and converting the time domain signals to the angular domain to eliminate the effect of speed fluctuation.Based on the fault characteristics of diesel engine and the information fusion theory,the analysis technology extracts the multi-feature parameters of related points of each cycle and establishes the mapping relationships between fault types and related features,the relevant parameters are sequentially fused to analyze and locate the faults.The effectiveness of this technique was verified by analyzing the startup timeout failure.
