摘要
硬质合金刀具在加工2.25CrlMo0.25V钢材料时,刀具会发生严重的粘结破损。基于热力学理论,通过建立刀-屑接触区熵变、焓变的理论模型,提出了建立粘结自由能理论模型的方法,通过切削实验获取切削过程中刀具粘结破损形貌的相关数据,利用Matlab软件对理论模型的计算数据进行拟合,分析并得出了粘结自由能与刀具粘结破损之间在不同切削参数条件下的变化规律。结果表明粘结自由能可以用来衡量刀具粘结破损程度,研究结果为刀具粘结破损的深入研究提供参考。
The cemented carbide tools will cause serious bond breakage when machining 2.25CrlMo0.25V steel.Based on the thermodynamics theory,by establishing the theoretical model of entropy change and enthalpy change in the tool-chip contact area,a method for establishing the theoretical model of bonding free energy is proposed.The relevant data of the bond breakage morphology of tool is obtained during the cutting process.Matlab software was used to fit the calculated data of the theoretical model,and the variation law between the bond free energy and the bond breakage of tool under different cutting parameters was obtained.The results show that the bond free energy can be used to measure the degree of bond breakage of tool.The research results provide a reference for the intensive study of bond breakage of tool.
