摘要
针对我国高速铁路简支箱梁由900 t级32 m跨升级为1000 t级40 m跨,箱梁跨度、重量及外形尺寸都增大的特点,由于受高速铁路隧道轮廓边界尺寸的限制,传统结构的运梁车很难满足运输1000t级40 m跨简支箱梁通过隧道的要求。本文通过研究运梁车运输箱梁通过隧道的要求及条件,设计了一种新型的低位运梁车来解决运输箱梁通过隧道的难题,该运梁车车架设计为U型结构,驮梁机构采用低位重型移运器机构,悬挂系统采用宽基小轮胎,有效地降低了运梁的高度,解决了驮运1000t级40m跨箱梁过隧难题。
In view of China’s high-speed railway simply supported box girder span upgraded by 32 m to 40 m,weight after upgraded to 1 000 tons from 900 tons,the box girder span,weight and overall dimensions are increasing.Due to the restrictions on the size of the high-speed railway tunnel contour boundary,the traditional structure of the transporting girder vehicle is difficult to meet the transport of 1 000 t,40 m span simply supported box girder through the tunnel.In this paper,by studying the requirements and conditions of transporting girder vehicle through the tunnel by the transport box girder,a new kind of low altitude transporting girder vehicle is designed to solve the problem of transporting box girder through the tunnel.The transporting girder vehicle frame is designed as a U-shaped structure,with a low height heavy transporter to mobile the box girder,and the wide base small diameter tyres are used for the suspension system,which effectively reduces the height of the transport box girder and solves the difficult problem of transport the 1 000 tons 40 m span simply supported box girder through the tunnel.
