摘要
昆仑号架桥机可完成1 000 t/40 m简支箱梁运输和架设,是目前运行功率最大、驱动轮数量最多的运架一体机。通过对昆仑号架桥机的驱动系统进行深入研究,选取典型作业工况下的受力情况,根据行走系统的动力学特性计算运行阻力与功率消耗,并进行输入的功率的合理配置。对液压传动系统的工作压力和流量进行优化设计,使液压系统在高效、高性能状态下运行,同时对液压系统的运行功率进行校核。昆仑号架桥机现场应用结果表明,其驱动系统设计合理,满足各工况下的总体设计需求。
Kunlun bridge erecting machine can complete the transportation and erection of 1 000 t/40 m simply supported box girder.It is an all-in-one bridge erecting machine with the largest operating power and the largest number of driving wheels.Through the deep study of the driving system of Kunlun all-in-one carrier,the force under typical working conditions is selected,and the running resistance and power consumption are calculated according to the dynamic characteristics of the walking system,and the input power is reasonably configured.The working pressure and flow of the hydraulic transmission system are optimized to make the hydraulic system operate in high efficiency and high performance,and the operation power of the hydraulic system is checked.The field application results of Kunlun bridge erecting machine show that the driving system design is reasonable and meets the overall design requirements under various working conditions.
