摘要
针对运架一体机受40m简支箱梁结构尺寸和自重(1000 t)的影响,走行系统无法使用既有产品满足施工要求的情况,为此研发了全新的走行系统。结合施工项目概况,从功能设计、结构形式、工况及载荷分析、结构计算.等方面,详细阐述了昆仑号架桥机走行系统的设计要点,确定了走行系统与主梁前固定后铰接的连接形式,使昆仑号架桥机(为运架一体机)满足曲线运架梁、坡道运架梁、过隧运梁、隧道口架梁等复杂工况要求。
In view of the influence of 40 m simply supported box beam structure size and dead weight(1000 t),the running system can not use the existing products to meet the construction requirements,a new running system is developed accordingly.In combination with the general situation of the construction project,this paper expounds the main points for the design of the running system of the Kunlun bridge erecting machine from the aspects of function design,structure form,working condition and load analysis,structure calculation,etc.The hinged connection form between the running system and the main girder is determined,so that the Kunlun bridge erecting machine(combined machine for transporting and erecting)can meet the requirements of complicated working conditions such as curved girder erecting,ramp girder erecting,tunnel girder erecting and tunnel portal girder erecting.
