摘要 浩吉铁路汉江特大桥主墩支座体积大、自重大,同时安装精度要求高,因施工条件受限,吊装距离远,操作安全风险高,传统的大吨位汽车吊无法解决吊装难题。本文结合现场施工场地进行方案选型,通过在墩顶搭设双.层贝雷梁吊装支架,安装龙门吊,采取支座分块吊装、组合安装的方式,突破了施工空间限制,成功地解决了超大吨位支座吊装的难题。同时吊装过程安全平稳,吊装就位方便快捷,定位精度高,施工成本低,为以后类似超大吨位支座吊装提供经验。 The main pier bearing of the Hanjiang River Bridge of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Raiway is large in volume and heavy in weight,and the installation precision is high.Due to limited construction conditions,long hoisting distance and high operation safety risk,the traditional large-tonnage truck crane cannot solve the hoisting problem.In this paper,combined with the construction site for the project selection,the gantry crane is installed by erecting the double-layer Bailey beam lifting bracket on the pier top,and by means of block hoisting and installation of support,the limitation of construction space is broken through and the problem of hoisting super-tonnage support is successfully solved.At the same time,the hoisting process is safe and stable,the hoisting in place is convenient and fast,the positioning accuracy is high,and the construction cost is low,which provides experience for similar hoisting of super-tonnage bearings in the future.
