摘要
目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情已蔓延至全国各地及国外200多个国家和地区。临床一线对COVID-19患者的救治,争议最大的莫过于糖皮质激素的应用。本文旨在从COVID-19的发病机制探讨糖皮质激素应用的时机与方法,以期供临床参考。
COVID-19 has spread throughout China and more than 200 countries and regions abroad.The application of glucocorticoids is the most controversial clinical first-line treatment of COVID-19 patients.This paper aims to explore the opportunity and method of the application of glucocorticoids from the pathogenesis of COVID-19,so as to provide clinical reference.
